Suggest Treatment For High-flow, Non-ischemic Priapism

I have been Diagnosed with non-eschemic High Flow Prypism. My team of doctors have exhausted all known treatment with no success. They have consulted with Dr s at the Mayo and John Hopkins and want to start me on Prednizone and Ketoconazole. After reading about the side effects I am concerned abut the enlarged breast in males. I am a 45 year old male. thoughts?
