Suggest Treatment For High Grade Fever Along With Chills In Children

Hi Dr.. this is Sonal.. my son is 5 years 3 months. He has 102.5 fever. I have given him crocin DS 5 ml at 12.30 am just now.. I gave him meftal P at 8pm also today. I am also giving him water sponge on forehead and he is shivering and complaining of body aches.. pls suggest what to do.. if fever does not go or come back.. which medicine can I repeat and after what time..
