Suggest Treatment For Hip And Knee Pain

i fell of my bike 2 weeks ago, i landed on my right hip, and just below right knee. the pain was so bad in the hip, the lower leg didn't bother me however at the time of the crash the lower leg looked worse a lump the size of half a golf ball swelled up. again the hip hurt so much i ignored lower leg pain. then i got tooth ache and the pain from that took away the will to live and i forgot i even had legs. i have since had the tooth removed, now 2 weeks later i am having a stinging pain in my lower right leg, there is a bump still there which i did go to the clinic for and she said not to worry it'll go away eventually. at the time of seeing her, the tooth was still present and i could feel no other pain other than that
