Suggest Treatment For Hip And Pelvic Pain

I am having hip, and pelvis pain, also loss of sensitivity in the female area. Twice a couple of months ago I also urinated a small amount with out knowing i had done so until i got up and felt the wetness. This has not reoccured, but the pelvic pain and hip pain is daily, could this be related to my seperated pelvis I had 24 years ago during the birth of my daughter. Many of the pains are similar.
