Suggest Treatment For Hip Pain And Difficulty In Walking After Injury

I was slammed into the ground on my left side where my hip and kidney area are. It's hard to walk and if I lay on my right side and try to lift my left leg, I can't do it. I really wanna try to avoid a doctor's visit so what signs should I look out for a ruptured kidney or a serious problem with my hip?
