Suggest Treatment For Hives And Rashes On Face Of 15 Month Old Child

My 15 month old Daughter seems to be getting what I assume are hives. She gets a red splotchy rash mostly on her face, but usually a few other areas as well. After a few moment, white bumps that look like bug bites appear on some areas in the middle of where the rash is. This is the second time she s gotten this. The first time was about a month a a half ago. The first time she had woken up very sweaty so we thought maybe some kind of heat rash. Yesterday was the second occurance, and no obvious reason. Food was mild, she wasn t hot, no new soaps or detergent. Then she got it today, but was mostly just the rash with only a few bumps. The rash and bumps usually diminish within about 30 min
