Suggest Treatment For Hives Followed By Welts Upon Scratching Zits Or Acne

So, I broke out in hives about six to seven weeks ago. I experienced itchy spots on random parts of my body for the duration of the six weeks. I haven t been experiencing any more random itching but every time I pluck my eyebrows or pick at a blackhead or zit anywhere on my body the spot raises and turns into a red, itchy bump. Any ideas on what it may be?
