Suggest Treatment For Hives

I have what I believe is hives. I have been to a dermatologist and they scraped it and ran test and said they didn't know what it was so we started trying different creams most made it worse but oxystat clears it almost instantly. The next day it will be back though. I can't afford to go back to the doc and was wondering if you had any advice
