Suggest Treatment For Hole In The Lip After Injury

My son was on his roller blades and lost his balance and hit a motorized kids car. His bottom lip (inside) has a huge hole in it, and on the outside (under) is lip has a cut. The bleeding starts on and off when he talks or moves his mouth. He is 9 and utd on all vaccinations, should he be seen for stitches?
