Suggest Treatment For Hole With Redness On Thigh

for a month or two i have had a medium size bump on the outside of my right thigh leg it was a red/ purple color with a dark spot in the middle.. i experienced no pain. it popped on it's own and brown liquid came out and in it's place now is a small hole.. it is still red around the area and still no pain.. please help me
