Suggest Treatment For Hormonal Acne

Hello
Ok so I've been taken estroblock pro, this has been helping my hormonal acne
But not so long ago I noticed 1 lump behind both my ears feels like a bone my neck feels stiff at time n it feels like the inside of my ears are swollen
Do u have any idea wat this my be?
And I noticed it after I got home from my 1 month vacation
I was in the plane got home n showered that's when I felt one I hot scared but my parents said it's probably from stress
Then the other one appeared behind my other ear I've been trying to go to doctor but I have no insurance so I have to save up
PLEASE help
