Suggest Treatment For Hot Flashes And Sleeplessness

Hi - Im 42 years old and all of a sudden I have been getting major "hot flashes" I get hot all over and then chilly, I also have been having trouble sleeping lately and toss and turn all night. I feel too young for menopause right? :-) what else could it be?
