Suggest Treatment For Hot Flashes And Weight Gain During Menopause

I am 59 years old and have been going through menopause for the last 15 years. I continue to have hot flashes, weight gain and just feel down. My doctor will not prescribe the estrogen because of the bad side effects they may have. I am at my wits end 15 years of this is just to much. What can I do?? HELP Okay I'm not paying the money sorry I bothered you.
