Suggest Treatment For Hot Flashes,migraines And Numbness In Legs

I have alot of issues and i need something resolved. I am miserable and i cant take it. I have hot flashes that give me migraines, my legs and feet go numb if i sit longer than 15 mins, I have extreme bloating, gas all the time that is very painful, I lose my breath for no reason at all and i feel like my heart skips a beat, i have a light burning sensation in my lower stomach area. I have rapid weight gain all the time. My diet dont change but my weight does. I also think i suffer from depression.
