Suggest Treatment For Hot Flushes,palpitations And Night Sweats

my face goes hot and red, sweating during the night, aware of heart rate, tired, uneasy feeling from stomach like palpitations. i am a 45 year old woman.I had a historectomy aged 33 due to childbirth complications. I still have my ovaries. I sometimes take a low dose beta blocker for mild anxiety symptoms. I am on no other medication.I also experience some acheing and swollen joints, elbow, knee, neck, back and weak hands and wrists
joints.
