Suggest Treatment For H.pylori Infections In Penis

I want to ask whether I may have H pylori on my penis.I have PPP (pearly penile papules). Tests showed E.coli on my penis and Staph areus in my nose. I have been on combination of antibiotics treating them for 20 days and no result at all :S . I want to know if H pylori can be mistaken with E.Coli in the test because I'm almost sure it's not what we thought it would be. I know that the tests for H pylori are other kind. But is it normal that bacteria to be on my penis ? My doctor told me to do some tests for H pylori. I had a lot of symptoms. And bad breathe and smell penis are one of the worst :D Your opinion may help.Thanks
