Suggest Treatment For Huge Mole On The Back Of Left Shoulder

Hello doctor this is jeevitha am 17yrs old and am from chennai. i've got huge mole on the back of my left shoulder and i would like to know whether there's any treatment by which it can be removed and if there's any treatment i would prefer a scar-free treatment. looking forward for your reply.
