Suggest Treatment For Hydrocele Testis

Hello doctor I had pain in my left testicle 5 days ago. I went to the ER and they did an ultrasound. the physician in the ER diagnosed me with hydrocele and he said it s very very small but on both sides. he then prescribed me with ibruofen and mascadul. But they did nothing for me. Still very painful especially at night . What should I do ??
