Suggest Treatment For Hydrosalpinx

I am 25 years old, 5 feet tall and 122 lbs. I want to have another baby but I was diagnosed with hydrosalpinx two days ago and the impression was "mild and focal hydrosalpinx measuring 2.6 x 2.1 cm". Is there any way that I can get rid of this without undergoing to any surgery. thank you so much.
