Suggest Treatment For Hyper Pigmentation All Over The Body

Hi, I had black spots on all over my body, no etching nothing, stil doctors says hyper pigmentation, melanin not distributed properly, liver functionality not proper, due to very thin layer of skin effected even by tube light also... some thing and all.. but still no solution from 10 years.. from 10 doctors.. including aurvedic homiopathy english medicin.. pls suggest
