Suggest Treatment For Hyper Pigmentation Of Skin On Forehead And Nose

Hi i am 20 years old and my forehead and nose skin is darker than other areas of face and it happen to me almost 4 to 5 years ago i just want to know the reason and what to do because except these two my face is yellow too much.i am depressed please help
