Suggest Treatment For Hyper Pigmentation On Upper Lip

Hi I m 19 and i shave my upper lip with a razor but I ve noticed that around my lip it s getting darker like a Homer Simpson kinda look it s embarrassing and not cute is there anything I can do to improve or fix this?????? Please I need answers and help asap P.s I recently stopped using razors
