Suggest Treatment For Hyper Pigmentation

my name is prasanna. iam 26.my skin is oily. i am having hyper pigmentation problems and acne scars. i go to dermatologist and he prescribed me with sunprotect lotion and cosmelite cream. the cosmelite cream gently beaches away the pigmentation. but if i stop using it , pigmentation got reappeared. it also tends to looks my face dull. my face and neck look black than my whole body. is there any permanent solution for this?
