I am a postmenopausal 60 years old and in good health. I recently had very minimal spotting and have had an ultrasound which showed the endometrial lining at 7mm. My doctor performed a endometrial biopsy an I am waiting for the results. What is the course of treatment for hyperplasia as opposed to a finding of cancer?
