Suggest Treatment For Hypersalivation

my son is 4 weeks old and this past week he has beensuffering with alot of saliva in his mouth that causes his throat sound as if he was sick but he is not and he chokes on it and doesent let him sleep. he currently drinks soy formula. i dont know what to do? what can be the cause and what is the solution?
