Suggest Treatment For Hypertenstion

I am currently taking Losartan-HCTZ (100-12.5) for my blood pressure along with Terazosin (5 mg). I can tolerate the Losartan quite well, but it does not seem to quite do the job. When I added the Terazosin, it increased my light headiness to the point that it has become very uncomfortable and it drags me down to the point that I feel I must make a change. What are my options?
