Suggest Treatment For Hypo Plastic Uterus Causing Irregular Menstruation

hello.i hope u r pretty fair ...I v a question..that I f unfortunately hypoplastic utrus with one ovary visual but dysfuction and other ovary is very small not visual almst and whaen I used progylton or meliane tablts than I get periods but when I left than I did nt .. I m 23 years old girl.. so m worried about my marriage.. I knw there is no chance of conceiving but what about ,sex ability can I properly ...and vagina, is also thin....
