Suggest Treatment For Hypochondria

I am having an intense fear from diseases. I feel like people around me have swine flu and from them i will also be infected and die. Because of my fear I don t go out of my house and cry most of the times. I am very depressed. I am not able to eat anything properly and even if I eat something I vomit it out just because of my fear of diseases. It is like a panic attack.
