Suggest Treatment For Hypopigmentation Spots

I have hypopigmentation spots on my temple regions, which will not tan. This was caused by my having laser hair removal to eradicate a terrible hair transplant. Is there any product or treatment that will restore pigmentation to these spots that does not involve further laser surgery.( i have heard of the excimer laserbeing a possible treatment). thank you
