Suggest Treatment For Hypothyroidism And Adrenal Fatigue

Hello, ever since high school my heart has suddenly, out of nowhere, and always when I am relaxed, started to beat abnormally, like its trying to jump out of my chest, it only lasts a couple seconds. Its very disconcerting as it happens without provocation. I am 35, female and healthy altho may have early onset hypothyroidism or adrenal fatigue.
