Suggest Treatment For Hypothyroidism And Hyper Pigmentation On Face

Hi, I have been diagnosed with hypothyroidism and PCOS and have been fighting with hyperpigmentation on face, upper lip, groin, inner thighs and vagina for years. Can you please tell me what I can do to lighten the skin and help it go away? I would really appreciate it!
