Suggest Treatment For Ibs, Vaginal Burning, Abdominal Pain And Fatigue

I have so many symtoms i feel like a hypochondriac!A year and a half ago was diagnosed with gallbladder disease,Changed my diet,no red meat,fried foods,dairy,lost 32 lbs in the past year .Have had endoscopy,ultrasound,hida scan, Dr. now thinks may be ibs! Iam a 39 year old female,125lbs ht 5'3' Ive been on 5 antibiotics since April, Went to the dr.origanlly with vaginal burning and lower abdominal pain,which is also starting to flare again! Iam fatigued,have groin and underarm pain ,although not constant? :-(
