Suggest Treatment For Impaired Hearing During Pregnancy

Hi, i'm pregnant and have had bad sinus recentl. I woke up one morning to find my hearing was dull, like coming in from a night out and the feeling I need to pop my ears. I have a humming like noise throughout the day which seems to increase with other noise. I have been to doctors and with being pregnant there is little they can do. Its dragging me down.
