Suggest Treatment For Impaired Hearing

Hello, My name is Sandra. I have a brother who is completely deaf although I have heard him talk, he wont speak because he said he sounds funny. Are there any devices on the market that could help my brother hear? Im still not so sure if he is completely deaf.
