Suggest Treatment For Implantation Bleeding

On July 30th I believe I experienced implantation bleeding. I'm always tired, just recently started getting a tingly senstation under my breasts, face is really drying out, spit alot more than usual, cramps, and just today started having lower backaches. However, I started nuvaring August 1st after taking a pregnancy test on the 31st of negative. I took another test last night and still says negative. Just dont know why I feel so pregnant but not.
