Suggest Treatment For Incomplete Draining Of Bartholin S Gland

I have had problems with my bartholin gland not draining correctly. I ve had it lanced three times from the build up. The last time a stint was put in for two weeks to help it remain more open. That was two years ago. It worked great but now the problem is that it creates way too much fluid. I have to wear pads every day to catch the drainage. If I forget, when I wake up in the morning, my inner thighs are coated. Is it just overactive or is there a problem. Can I have the gland removed or how can I learn to manage it?
