Suggest Treatment For Increased Psoriatic Arthritis

Hello Sir ! I am a patient of Psoriatic Arthritis from last 9 years. I had taken aleopathy, homeopathy, aayurvedic treatment for the same but not cured. My psoriosis patches are increased and spread in all over my body now and I have severe arthritis pain as well. I just wanted to know whether it can be cured ?? I am really depressed and do not want to continue my medicines as they are of no use. Awaiting for your reply.
