Suggest Treatment For Increased Sensitivity On Penile Foreskin

i have recurring cuts on the outer side of the foreskin and i visited a doctor who gave me a cream called candimale. if i use this cream the cuts will disappear but my foreskin shrinks . and now after the usage of the cream my foreskin has become more and more sensitive. please advice.
