yes sir,i am a 45 yr old male with a 3 inch flacid penis,parents were told I had,and I quote---a slight pituitary problem when I was 12-13 yrs old and now at 45 I truly have a small penis....anything at all at this late of stage of life that can be done about it oyher than surgery?????thank you,j......
