Suggest Treatment For Indentation On Shoulder Joints With Chest Pain

Female, 38, 5'2", 55 kg. There is an indentation on the joint between my left shoulder and my upper arm. I don't feel any pain whatsoever except when I press it. At the moment I'm not feeling well in general: slight flu, extremely tired, lack of appetite, not sleeping well and having trouble breathing. Also dull pain/ache on left chest and back along the spine. Please help.
