Suggest Treatment For Indentation On Top Of Head

Recently I had a sinus infection, turned into Bronchitis, then Pneumonia. Urgent care PA wouldn t give me antibiotics. Sick since Dec.16. I now have an indentation in the top of my skull that is round about 2 fingers wide. It was 1 finger wide a week ago.
