Suggest Treatment For Indented Bruise On Hip

I got a bruise from a shot in the hip, i think it was a shot for pain medicine, and it bruised. Its still discolored about 6 months later and its indented now. there is no pain. also, from the top of my hip through about halfway down my thigh has no feeling, and this is the same on both sides because i had gotten two shots (one on each hip).
