Suggest Treatment For Industrial Lung Disease

I have a Industrial Lung Disease. I saw a lung specialist at the local Hospital who said it wouldn t bother me much until I m in my mid eighties. As long as I keep a chest infection under control. I went to a local Health Centre and the doctor would not treat me now I m dying what can I do now?
