Suggest Treatment For Infant Ezcema

Sir my 5month old son has cough, cold n fever as well, Dr has prescribed Ambrodil-S syrup(2.5ml 2times a day) and Clavam Dry Syrup (5ml 2times a day).My Question is which medicine is good or cough n cold, also i want to ask u that my baby has Infant Ezcema, what is the best solution on infant ezcema? also my his weight is now 6.5 kgs.
