Suggest Treatment For Infected Acne On Face

Hi I had a cysts on the side of my face near my temple. It opened up and the white fluid came out. I went to the ER and the doctor advised me that all of it was out and to just washing it wash antibacterial soap daily. It's looks to be flat and healing great but the other day I pushed and a very tiny bit of "The White Stuff" surfaced. Should a I be worried?
