Suggest Treatment For Infected C-section Wound

hi, i had a c section 3 weeks ago and my wound has come open a little on the end of my scar. it has a funky smell to it and its a little pussy. my doctor says that its fine but im worried about it. what can i do at home to keep it clean and heal faster?
