Suggest Treatment For Infected Hair Growth

i just had a tattoo done on my lower leg. i had to shave my leg to have it done. my aftercare was keeping it washed daily and smearing aquafor on it to keep it from cracking. Now i am getting infected hairs where my hair is growing back (sore raised marks, some with puss at the hair follicle)
