Suggest Treatment For Infected Ingrown Toenail

I had an ingrown toenail on each big toes. Last Friday, a nail technician removed them while giving me a pedicure. Now they are both infected, the left worse than the right though. the right toe is inflammed, and the left toe is a little pussy and bloody. I've been soaking them in epsom salt every day and applying peroxide AND neosporin, but the infection is worse everyday. What else can I do? I don't have health coverage so thats REALLY not in my plans, unless its means to an end.
