Suggest Treatment For Infected Lipoma Between The Breasts

i think i have an infected lipoma between my breasts. it is a bit smaller than a ping pong ball, was white, and grew over several months. In the last week it has become red, sore, and discharges pus. will it heal if i keep it clean and apply neosporin to it?
