Suggest Treatment For Infected Wound On The Face

i think i have an infected wound on my face, near the jaw. its got a dark scab, a large area around it is red and underneath it is hard and swollen. it is constantly aching and super tender to touch all the way around the wound for about 1 inch. how to care for this?
